Just recently my drawing of the famous building Villa Isola in Bandung (Indonesia) is published in Moesson Magazine. Especially for an article about Dodo Berretty, forgotten star photographer, based in Paris, since the 1950s for newspapers and magazines like Life Magazine and Paris Match. His father, media tycoon Dominique Berretty had let build this modernist estate in 1933, but after his father was killed in 1934 in a plane crash nearby Bagdad, the villa became a dependency of Grand Hotel Homann. Nowheredays it is functioning already for many years as the administrive center of the University Pendidikan Indonesia, better known as Bumi Siliwangi.
I was there myself for the first time in 2014 (see pic) and as you can see the building has an extra floor now. My illustration shows the villa in it's original state: from rough sketch in pencil till the final publication in Moesson magazine.
